Shipping schedule and prices

Any order received before 10:00am PST, will be taken care of and sent out the same business day. Please allow 24 hours processing for orders placed after 10:00am PST. We do not ship out on Thursdays and Fridays (except for overnight delivery) to eliminate the risk of having your products spending the week-end on transit and possibly getting damaged. Again, our goal is for you to receive our products in a perfect condition. We use exclusively the services of FedEx and this carrier will not deliver to P.O. boxes, so please provide a physical address when placing your order.

To ensure the safety of your precious order and to make sure we do not compromise the freshness of the chocolates, we will inform you of the shipping date when you place an order. The date will appear on your shopping cart page and then on your e-mail receipt.

We take extra care of your order during warm weather and package our boxes with insulated containers. This way, we make sure the chocolate temperature won't vary during transportation. Temperature consistency is the real secret to quality chocolate conservation. Check out our storage recommendations to keep your favorite chocolate in the perfect condition. However, if the product was to be damaged or did not meet your satisfaction, please inform us within 24 hours from the delivery and return the product to us for a rapid  exchange or refund.
