Where do you ship?
At the moment, we are able to accept online orders to be shipped in the United States
only. Please check our
shipping
costs for more information.

us directly if you need an international delivery. We will provide you

How to order?
You are just a few clicks away from tasting the greatest chocolates ever!
Click on the "Shop online" button located on top of our home page, or simply
click on one of our products pictures. This will bring you automatically to our
online store.
Then, click on "Enter Store".
Select the products you wish to look at. Click "Add to cart" to put the item
selected in your shopping cart.
When you are done shopping, click on "Shipping" below, and select you preferred
shipping mode. Then click on "enter shipping" location.
Click "Check out" when you are ready to finalize your purchase, and enter you
financial information as directed.

When will you ship my order?
Any order received before 10:00am PST, will be taken care of and sent out the
same business day. We do not ship out on Thursdays and Fridays (except for
overnight deliveries) to eliminate the
risk of having your products spending the week-end on transit and possibly
getting damaged. Again, our goal is for you to receive our products in a
perfect condition. We use exclusively the services of FedEx. Check out our
delivery
options for your best convenience and remember to order in advance during the
holidays. FedEx will not deliver to P.O. boxes, so please provide a physical
address when placing your order.

We are accepting major credit cards, like Visa, Mastercard, American Express
. And remember, you also have the option of giving us your payment
information over the phone, via fax or e-mail.

Can I include a
greeting card with my order?
Sure you can! We use quality
greetings cards especially made for C...is for Chocolate, and we will write your personal
message with our most beautiful handwriting. When you place your order, just fill out the space designed
for your personal message.

How can I receive an invoice?
As soon as your order has been confirmed, you will receive a printable
invoice via electronic mail. If you place your order via phone or fax, we will
send you an invoice thru regular mail.

Can you mail me a catalogue?
At this time, we do not have a catalogue we can mail you. You can only order
from our website. If you want to place an order over the phone, please
contact
us and we will happy to fax you a brochure with our products and a price
list.

Is there nut or
dairy product in your chocolates?
Yes. Some of our chocolates have nuts and dairy in them. But all of them
could have been in contact with nuts or dairy products.
